Welcome to Electric Beach Festival, the UK’s greatest beach party.This summer marks the 5th anniversary of Electric Beach, which is hyped up to be the biggest and best yet.

Previous years have seen numerous legends hitting the golden sands including; Grandmaster Flash, Soul II Soul, The Cat Empire, Alabama 3, Jurassic 5’s Akil, Dreadzone, Zion Train, The Nextmen and many many more.

This year, we are proud to be welcoming New York hip hop legends De La Soul back to Cornish shores, also, the legendary Levellers who are a UK festival favourite, with their upbeat folky rock.

We pride ourselves on throwing one of the best parties in the UK, where you can relax, let your hair down and take in the warm ocean breeze.


Friday 8th July

South West legends The Levellers will be boosting Electric Beach into orbit as the sun sets over the Atlantic ocean.

Saturday 9th July

Back by popular demand, New York’s finest Hip Hop legends - De La Soul.

Dub Reggae legends Zion Train are Electric Beach regulars and never fail to get the beach jumping.

Critically acclaimed Live drum and bass act from Bristol.

An eight piece ska, funk, latin and reggae band with fresh horn lines.

Eight piece ska/hip hop party monsters from the big smoke.

After Parties

The Famous Electric Beach VIP after parties always sell out at the Koola Club and Chy Bar, Newquay. Expect DJ sets from the festival acts and the wildest nights. Be sure to buy the VIP after party ticket option to make the most of Electric Beach.



Do I need to bring my e-ticket?

Simply print off your E-ticket and bring it with you to the festival entrance with a form of ID or the credit card with which you purchased the tickets. The E-ticket will then be scanned and exchanged for wristbands at the Box Office.

How do I get there?

A2B taxis can organise buses to any location in Cornwall if enough people require it to make it feasible. Mini buses can also be booked at the best available price. Head to A2B Newquay to make your booking, there will be a usual charge for this service. Otherwise, normal public transport will be operating to Newquay. The festival site is within walking distance of most Newquay accommodation, a short walk from the bus station, a 20 minute walk from the train station and only a 10 minute walk to the after party at the Chy Bar.

Is there Camping?

There is no camping at the festival itself. Accommodation must be organised separately. There are plenty of campsites and hotels in the nearby area, so please have shop around for the best cornish places to stay and check out our recommendations.

Can I Buy Food?

A wide selection of food will be available from the festival itself from the time of opening to closing.

Can I bring my own drinks into the festival?

No alcohol is to be brought to the festival. A fully licensed bar will be serving alcoholic and soft beverages. A strict challenge 21 policy will be in operation.

Are under 18's allowed at the festival?

Must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Strictly no alcohol for under 18's. There is a strict challenge 25 policy in place. Correct ID must be used.

Are there any after parties?

Each night of the event an after party will be held at Newquay's best venue, The Koola Bar and Chy Bar. Tickets available online, over 18s only. Information about acts playing the after parties coming soon.

Can I bring my dog?

Nope, sorry.

Are tickets refundable?

As with most live music events tickets are non refundable.
